Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for financing origination and servicing platforms
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with engineering
• Own OKRs tied to business unit and company objectives
• Identify and build solutions to drive growth in solar, storage, and home improvement financing
• Enable integrations with external capital providers, installer tools, and data providers
• Translate customer insights from homeowners and installers into scoped solutions
• Apply AI-powered tools to accelerate discovery and improve productivity

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience
• Experience in consumer finance origination, servicing, capital markets, or credit/risk
• Deep fluency with platform workflows, API integrations, and decisioning systems
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics and pulling data
• Proven track record of owning roadmaps and leading sprint execution
• Experience in high-growth startup environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B home improvement, solar, or consumer-facing financial products
• Experience scaling product portfolios during significant growth periods
