Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for AI-powered payer solutions, including agentic platforms and automation use cases.
• Translate complex payer business problems regarding benefits, pricing, and policy into scalable AI product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned to measurable business outcomes such as cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through Alpha, Beta, and General Availability (GA).
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including compliance, clinical, and operations teams.
• Define and track KPIs tied to business value, including automation rates and cost reduction.

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in healthcare services, healthcare technology, or software development.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, enterprise-scale products.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML-driven products (e.g., LLMs, automation, or decisioning systems).
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs.
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations, including claims, benefits, and prior authorization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in executive-level communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching new AI products specifically within the healthcare or payer space.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, or platform-based product models.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot.
• Understanding of API-first and platform product design.
• Demonstrated success in supporting go-to-market strategies and product commercialization.
