Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for a new strategic financial product from concept through launch and scale
• Lead 0→1 development by conducting market discovery, scoping, prioritization, and iterative building
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and GTM teams
• Partner with leadership to translate product capabilities into commercial positioning and sales enablement
• Establish key performance metrics to monitor product health, adoption, and business impact
• Communicate complex product roadmaps and strategic decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at a Senior PM level
• Proven track record of launching complex new products in high-growth technology environments
• Background in fintech, financial services, or data-intensive domains
• Experience building products within regulated environments involving sensitive data and strict compliance requirements
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design and architecture
• Ability to operate with clarity and conviction in highly ambiguous, fast-moving settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry or with lending technology and origination platforms
• Familiarity with financial data infrastructure or API-driven product development in an enterprise SaaS context
• Experience managing go-to-market motions for complex financial products
