Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of commercial launch activities for Signatera in Japan
• Drive adoption and utilization by partnering with Sales and Marketing teams
• Identify and address local market needs and operational gaps
• Optimize workflows from ordering through results delivery
• Partner with marketing and medical affairs to localize sales training and onboarding materials
• Develop scalable documentation and sales enablement resources like pitch decks and FAQs
• Monitor the competitive landscape and clinical trends in MRD and oncology diagnostics
• Synthesize market insights to inform future product strategy and roadmap planning
• Lead product management support for clinical trials in Japan

Requirements

• Native fluency in Japanese and business-level English
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field (MS or PhD preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, or product marketing
• Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) and ideally cell-free DNA
• Proven track record of supporting or leading commercial product launches
• Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or clinical laboratory services
• Ability to travel 25-35%, including international travel
• Flexibility to coordinate work hours with US-based colleagues
