Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision for the manufacturing intelligence platform using AI and automation
• Identify strategic opportunities to integrate machine learning, NLU, and computer vision into workflows
• Build business cases for AI investments and partner with data science/R&D leaders
• Translate complex AI models into scalable product features and define requirements for LLM-based systems
• Create feedback loops between AI systems and operational users to improve model performance
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable roadmaps and track key business KPIs
• Partner with distributed engineering teams in the US and India to ensure execution velocity
• Deeply understand workflows of engineers, procurement teams, and manufacturing partners
• Build strong relationships with operations, design, and go-to-market teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven industries
• Demonstrated experience developing AI-enabled products or working with data science teams
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Expertise in Agile product development and roadmap ownership
• Experience managing products that integrate ERP, MES, or supply chain networks
• Proven ability to collaborate across distributed teams and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or complex logistics systems
• Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, LLMs, or data analytics frameworks
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes like 3D printing, CNC machining, or injection molding
• Background in productizing or operationalizing AI models for commercial use
