Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market strategy for High Power Amplifiers (HPAs) and Portable Test Equipment (PTE) product lines
• Define, communicate, and oversee multi-year product and technology roadmaps
• Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop messaging, datasheets, and web content
• Identify market needs and translate them into specific product requirements and prioritized features
• Perform SWOT analysis of HPA and PTE markets to maintain competitive advantage
• Manage product pricing and develop revenue forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment
• Proven experience with RF Amplifier products (e.g., GaAs, GaN)
• Knowledge of Test Equipment such as Signal Generators, Power Sensors, or Digital step attenuators
• Experience developing product and technology roadmaps
• Strong understanding of RF components, technologies, and the competitive landscape
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
