Senior Product Manager, Member Experience

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-quarter product strategy for Atria's member-facing experience
• Lead development of high-impact initiatives across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI into the member experience
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to integrate digital products with real-world workflows
• Use data and analytics to identify friction points and optimize the member journey
• Communicate product direction to clinicians, engineers, and executives

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience building consumer-facing digital products
• Experience in health tech, wellness, or high-growth consumer companies preferred
• Proven track record of shipping consumer-grade digital experiences
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype and identify product opportunities
• Experience working in regulated environments with sensitivity to privacy and compliance
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
