About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and governance for the Managed Services platform
  • Standardize core platform capabilities to support consistent and scalable service delivery
  • Partner with B2B Product Managers to onboard new offerings onto the platform efficiently
  • Work across Technical Product, Sales, Operations, Network, and Finance teams to align priorities
  • Define and evolve product catalogs, characteristics, and scalable service architecture
  • Manage the financial model, including pricing, forecasting, and business case development
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI, automation, and digital workflow optimization
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and implementation plans

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in telecommunications, technology, or B2B platform product management
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platforms
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling and pricing
  • Experience with service-based, subscription-based, or platform-based business models
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TM Forum, eTOM, ITIL, or related frameworks
  • Experience with API-based platforms, cloud-native solutions, or XaaS/SaaS environments
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools and automation to improve product delivery
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • MBA or professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe
