Senior Product Manager, Managed Agents

Responsibilities

• Own the intake process for managed agent requests, including business case validation and feasibility assessment
• Maintain a prioritized backlog based on business value and strategic alignment
• Define production-grade standards for testing, accuracy, and monitoring
• Analyze agent creation patterns to identify product opportunities and signals
• Develop transition strategies to move managed agents into self-serve platform features
• Act as a strategic counterpart to the specialist engineering team to set direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in services productization, internal tools, or AI/ML products
• Proven ability to manage capabilities with a deliberate evolution or sunset path
• Strong analytical skills for mining large datasets
• Experience managing specialist or senior engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen
