Senior Product Manager - Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Own the ML product roadmap for core speech and NLP across all markets
• Run a structured customer-feedback loop with Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success
• Define and maintain the model evaluation framework that gates releases
• Partner with Speech & NLP Leads to ship improvements to production
• Improve product analytics and ML data integration
• Own ML product KPIs such as no-edit rate, documentation rate, and transcription accuracy

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management
• Strong technical fluency in ML (evaluation, training data, latency/quality trade-offs)
• Track record of shipping ML-powered products to production
• Experience designing and operationalizing ML model evaluation frameworks
• Fluency in English
• German language proficiency (roughly B2) for customer conversations

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in speech recognition, NLP, or LLM-based products
