About the Company

Lucidya is a leading AI-powered Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform that enables brands to listen, understand, and engage with their customers across multiple channels. We are launching a new AI Agent platform designed to automate and elevate customer interactions through cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the AI Agent platform
• Lead continuous discovery efforts with customers and internal stakeholders
• Define product scope, releases, and success metrics
• Translate client feedback into actionable product improvements
• Collaborate with AI engineers to define agent use cases and capabilities
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Write and refine detailed product specifications and user stories
• Track and analyze product KPIs and agent performance data

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience with AI-powered products is a strong plus
• Native Arabic speaker
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical concepts
• Adaptable to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled features
• Deep understanding of CXM and competitive trends
