Senior Product Manager, Liquidity Platform

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Liquidity Platform, focusing on safeguarding and risk control capabilities.
• Design and deliver scalable safeguarding automation to support new market launches and evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Drive structural improvements to safeguarding operations, including buffer management and FX exposure management.
• Manage the roadmap for bank account lifecycle management to improve data reliability and reduce manual overhead.
• Build systematic product capabilities for counterparty risk management to proactively mitigate exposure to partner banks.
• Develop intelligent cash reporting and analytics capabilities to provide accurate financial forecasting.

Requirements

• 6 years of professional experience, including strong product management in fintech, payments, treasury, or regulated industries.
• Experience owning and prioritizing multi-quarter product roadmaps in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory, operational, and financial requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Strong analytical capability with hands-on comfort using data and AI tooling for day-to-day product work.
• STEM Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic achievement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with liquidity management, safeguarding, treasury infrastructure, or counterparty risk management.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, or banking partners in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting global or multi-market product launches across diverse regulatory regions.
