Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the LG Builder and SKS Luxury Product Management roadmap and strategy
• Drive the cross-over process for large and small-sized RFPs, utilizing deep product and competitive knowledge
• Manage Builder New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycles, including market sensing and VOC gathering
• Provide top-down analysis for large developer projects, competitive market trends, and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, SCM, Product Planning, and Operations teams
• Communicate regularly with Top Management, Business Management, and Sales teams (National, Regional, Distributors, and Dealers)

Requirements

• Proven experience in product or business management at a Senior Manager level
• Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., Team Leader or Task Leader)
• Fluency in both Korean and English to facilitate communication with US teams and Korea HQ (R&D, Design, and Sales)
• Proficiency in Excel (including OLAP), PowerPoint, and Salesforce
• Strong skills in data extraction, analysis, and public presentation
