Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, incubation, and validation of new product opportunities by framing problem spaces and running lean experiments.
• Gather and evaluate customer use cases, regulatory environments, and competitor landscapes to create crisp problem statements.
• Design and execute experiments, including PoCs and prototypes, to test desirability, feasibility, viability, and compliance.
• Manage a pipeline of "bets," coordinating with data science and engineering teams to drive experimentation and address roadblocks.
• Define transition artifacts and value propositions to ensure smooth handovers from R&D to delivery teams for scaling.
• Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations regarding whether to progress, pivot, or stop specific initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management with a proven track record of leading product lifecycle strategy and planning.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical research skills to manage through data ambiguity.
• Expertise in innovation, with the ability to challenge the status quo and develop new ideas for products and processes.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights and business context powerfully to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working within regulated environments.
• Experience with AI/ML enabled products.
