Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with company goals
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap prioritizing features based on data and impact
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams
• Champion user-centric design through research and usability testing
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and performance
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
• Manage product-related risks including compliance, security, and financial risks
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or lending
• Strong understanding of online lending products like mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards
• Experience working in technical environments with cross-functional teams
• Proven leadership, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to translate ambiguity into detailed requirements
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
