Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Core UX surface area, including navigation, onboarding, personalization, and global search
• Drive north-star activation and retention metrics by reducing friction and improving product delight
• Partner with design and engineering to ship polished, high-quality user-facing experiences
• Run experiments across the user journey and translate data into a prioritized roadmap
• Lead onboarding and first-run experiences to accelerate user value realization
• Collaborate with legal engineers to ensure a coherent and consistent platform experience

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
• Proven track record of building UI and consumer-grade experiences with strong design taste
• Hands-on experience with growth work, including activation, adoption, and retention
• Strong product judgment balancing qualitative insight with quantitative rigor
• Excellent collaboration skills with design and engineering teams
• High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes
