Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Financial Services portfolio, including payments, budgeting, accounting tools, lending, and card programs
• Define and prioritize features based on partner needs, data insights, and business objectives
• Translate complex requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Identify opportunities to expand embedded finance capabilities to drive revenue and retention
• Partner with engineering and design throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external banking partners on regulated initiatives like KYC, AML, and PCI
• Lead agile product processes including backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Monitor product performance and partner usage metrics to inform continuous improvement

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product management experience
• Significant ownership of fintech, payments, banking, or transaction-heavy platforms
• Deep understanding of U.S. payments infrastructure (ACH, card networks, payment processors)
• Familiarity with embedded finance models
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance and legal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen regarding fintech monetization models
• Ability to influence engineering, finance, and executive stakeholders
