Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the category vision and strategy to accelerate SkinCeuticals’ consumer growth.
• Translate consumer and market insights into actionable growth plans that strengthen brand authority.
• Lead breakthrough 360° IMC campaigns across clinics, e-commerce, digital, PR, social, and consumer events.
• Integrate professional medical advocacy with consumer storytelling to drive brand trust and conversion.
• Partner with Medical Marketing, E-Commerce, Training, and Sales teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with commercial objectives.
• Manage agency partners and oversee hands-on execution, including campaign briefing, asset adaptation, and event activation.
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as awareness, engagement, conversion, and category contribution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or consumer marketing within the beauty, skincare, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
• Proven track record of success in brand and category building.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of storytelling ability.
• Experience leading integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, entrepreneurial, and cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluency in English.
