Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for the core research workflow
• Partner with Engineering and Design to prioritize, scope, and ship features quickly
• Work closely with Customer Success and users to understand workflows and pain points
• Drive QA and release readiness, including testing plans, bug triage, and launch checklists
• Join sales and CS calls to demo products, explain capabilities, and translate customer needs into priorities
• Maintain high-signal communication with founders, engineering, design, and CS stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping and iterating B2B SaaS products in fast-moving teams
• Strong product execution skills with a focus on MVPs and frequent shipping
• Extensive customer-facing experience, including working directly with users and senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based in NYC and excited to work 5 days per week in-office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a large consulting firm
