Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy to close the awareness gap and build experimentation infrastructure
• Build tools for communication creation and management to empower Ops, Compliance, and Design
• Define omni-channel outbound engagement strategy using Machine Learning
• Develop segmentation frameworks based on behavioral signals and financial context
• Own the communications platform roadmap to scale with volume and complexity
• Leverage Machine Learning and LLMs to build intelligent personalization
• Partner with Analytics to wire feedback loops for personalization models

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with measurable growth outcomes
• Experience leading growth programs at scale
• Hands-on experimentation experience with A/B testing
• Proven track record in segmentation and personalization
• Strong analytical fluency including SQL, cohort analysis, and statistical significance
• Experience partnering with Compliance and Operations in regulated contexts
• Platform thinking and experience building internal tools or automation
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup growth phase experience (Series A–C)
• Experience building communications platforms or templating systems
• Experience with ML and LLM-driven products
• Demonstrated business impact through end-to-end program ownership
