Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for enterprise sales processes and technologies, including CRM and Sales Enablement platforms.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product priorities, capabilities, requirements, and user stories.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams to ensure alignment on scope and value.
• Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing business value, user experience, and technical feasibility.
• Lead discovery and intake activities with sales leaders and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved productivity and process consistency.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and data quality to continuously improve the product roadmap.
• Partner with training and change management teams to support the effective deployment of new capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, business technology, commercial operations, or sales operations.
• Proven experience owning or shaping the roadmap for CRM, Sales Enablement, or related enterprise technologies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Veeva.
• Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams including technology, data, security, and architecture.
• Strong analytical skills to guide product decisions using adoption metrics and KPIs.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sales Enablement platforms, content management, or AI-enabled sales productivity tools.
• Experience operating within a Global Infrastructure & Operations or enterprise IT organization.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare or Life Sciences industries.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and product operating models.
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMP.
