Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and strategy for a full business unit, defining the product vision and roadmap to drive growth and efficiency.
• Lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary squad consisting of Engineering, Data, and other functions to deliver excellence.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation and discovery through to launch and continuous optimization.
• Manage strategic stakeholder relationships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to align priorities.
• Leverage market research, A/B testing, and analytics to inform data-driven decisions and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Evangelize the product vision across the organization to motivate teams and influence company direction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on consumer-facing applications.
• A proven track record of shipping products quickly and moving key business metrics.
• Strong expertise in experiment design and the ability to analyze results objectively.
• Ability to maintain composure and clarity in high-pace environments with vague briefs.
• A high bar for product quality and user experience.
