Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of key business metrics and strategic outcomes for the business unit. Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with company-wide strategic imperatives and drives results across all facets of the business unit (growth, supply chain optimization, strategic partnerships).
• Lead a high-performing cross-functional squad, providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to foster collaboration and deliver innovative products.
• Act as the primary product authority within your squad, guiding all stages of the product lifecycle: ideation, discovery, validation, development, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment of product and business objectives.
• Conduct rigorous market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to identify new opportunities and define compelling value propositions.
• Leverage data-driven insights, hypotheses, and experiments to inform product iterations and drive measurable improvements.
• Inspire and evangelize the product and business unit vision to the team and broader organization.
