Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for assigned product areas
• Facilitate prioritization with stakeholders using structured frameworks
• Lead discovery activities with customers and domain experts to validate problems
• Translate validated needs into epics, features, and user stories
• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and scope changes
• Lead release planning and readiness for assigned product areas
• Represent the product in customer conversations and translate feedback into insights
• Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate roadmap initiatives
• Coach and mentor business analysts on discovery and execution

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Management
• Deep experience in US Pharmaceutical Market Access (Commercial Contracting, Pricing, Claims, etc.)
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare and Life Sciences systems and workflows
• Proven ability to lead within Agile (Scrum) environments
• Experience with system integration or revenue management platforms
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
