Responsibilities
- Own acquisition, origination, and growth for the driver loan product
- Manage the customer journey through the loan application process
- Improve end-to-end conversion through experiments and value proposition optimization
- Collaborate with CRM, GTM, and Credit Risk teams
- Adjust risk policies to support growth and underwriting performance
Requirements
- Senior product management experience
- Experience with lending, fintech, or credit products
- Strong experimentation and conversion optimization skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and risk teams
