Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and execution roadmap for Enterprise Productivity Tools (EPTs).
• Re-engineer and digitize key internal business processes across Finance, Accounts, Treasury, and Operations.
• Act as the Product Owner for core low-code/ERP platforms like Frappe/ERPNext.
• Develop features that include required controls, data validation, and complete audit trail logging.
• Integrate automated compliance checks and regulatory reporting features into workflows.
• Collaborate with business leaders across all internal departments to ensure strategic alignment.
• Plan and execute pilot programs, user training, and phased organizational rollouts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management.
• At least 2 years managing B2B/Enterprise software or internal ERP/workflow automation systems.
• Strong working knowledge of complex internal enterprise operations (e.g., procurement-to-pay, asset management).
• Proven experience managing products built on Frappe Framework, ERPNext, or similar low-code platforms.
• BTech/BE degree required.
• MBA from a top business school is strongly preferred.
