Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Acquisition squad, monitoring projects and ensuring proper documentation using AI tools
• Define problems and provide context to the team, ensuring visibility regarding the impact of work on business and marketing areas
• Act as a product representative in account acquisition forums, promoting business understanding
• Facilitate communication between different stakeholders, managing expectations and handling pressure for results
• Utilize familiarity with acquisition funnel metrics in digital products

Requirements

• Data analysis and acquisition funnel metrics skills
• Stakeholder management and hypothesis prioritization competence
• Familiarity or strong willingness to work with AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
• Applied knowledge of methodologies to explore AI potential (Spec Driven Development, Agents, etc.)
• Clear and efficient communication skills adapted to different audiences
• Autonomy to make decisions even with incomplete information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in growth environments with highly active stakeholders in a fast-paced growth rhythm
• Knowledge of the benefits business model
• Resilience and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations with a focus on final results
