Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct squad rituals, ensuring integration between engineering and design areas
• Build PRDs and translate strategy into a tactical roadmap
• Manage the B2B portal for Dine In, monitoring the complete partner restaurant journey from acquisition to retention
• Coordinate multiple internal stakeholders including business, commercial, marketplace, and leadership
• Report product performance data and metrics
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Databricks to support decision-making
• Adapt to dynamic contexts and handle chaotic scenarios such as rapid changes and leadership demands
• Integrate a broad portfolio including digital menus, reservations, POS, payments, campaigns, and partner portals

Requirements

• Data analysis skills using SQL
• Experience in experimentation and A/B testing
• Knowledge of growth management including lifecycle, acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Use of artificial intelligence for productivity
• Familiarity with Databricks
• Experience building PRDs
• Proficiency with presentation tools supported by AI
