Senior Product Manager, Identity & User Security

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow core Identity & User Security products, focusing on authorization (roles, permissions, approvals) and security notifications.
• Set the vision and roadmap for identity and notification strategies to drive company-level metrics across onboarding and recovery.
• Design secure, best-in-class user journeys that protect accounts from fraud and takeover while remaining simple for customers.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Data Science to ship scalable, AI-ready platform capabilities.
• Own the global notification strategy, defining channels and timing to drive trust while managing risks like SMS pumping and fatigue.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, specifically leading complex initiatives for platform, infrastructure, or B2B products.
• Experience building customer- or developer-facing capabilities in payments, financial services, SaaS, or security/infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, services, data pipelines, and observability.
• Demonstrated experience working in regulated or risk-sensitive environments such as fintech, banking, or payments.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to perform self-serve analyses using SQL and dashboards.
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM), authN/authZ, policy engines, or large-scale notification systems.
• Background in fraud prevention, security engineering, or risk management.
• Experience building platform capabilities (APIs, SDKs, shared components) consumed by multiple product teams.
• Familiarity with SMS/email infrastructure and common abuse vectors.
• Experience operating and shipping features at a global scale across multiple regulatory regimes.
