Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan sprints, track progress, and coordinate releases with the engineering team
• Maintain Jira plans, capacity, epic status, and risk logs
• Coordinate work across software, robotics, field operations, and business development
• Manage field requests from active construction projects and prioritize urgent tasks
• Partner with the Director of Digital Product Experience to shape the roadmap
• Break large goals into sprint-ready work with engineering leads
• Track risks, blockers, and decision requirements for leadership
• Model capacity and sequence work during quarterly planning
• Improve team processes and onboard new members
• Coach program managers and advise cross-functional partners on prioritization
• Align team work with company-wide OKRs

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, technical program management, or a hybrid role
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Proven track record running delivery for software products with multiple modules
• Strong fluency with Jira or similar tools
• Experience coordinating work between software and hardware, operations, or field teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of agile practices
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction technology, robotics, or manufacturing
• Background in technical program management at a growing company
• Familiarity with construction workflows, BIM tools, or field operations software
• Experience with government or defense contract compliance
• Experience designing products for field use rather than desk use
• Experience modeling capacity for small and mid-size teams
