Senior Product Manager, HIV Prevention HCP Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support and manage key tactical executions for US HIV Prevention/PrEP HCP initiatives, including branded and unbranded education tactics
• Develop and implement content and messaging directed towards HCPs in preparation for anticipated launches
• Execute creative asset development across digital, print, and omnichannel marketing channels
• Lead the development of HCP tactics in alignment with business strategy and budget constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve business problems and drive efficiencies across the PrEP portfolio
• Manage multiple agency partners to ensure deliverables are met within timelines and allocated budgets
• Navigate internal review processes to ensure all marketing materials comply with medical, regulatory, and legal requirements
• Deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and external audiences

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience with a BS/BA, OR 6+ years of experience with an MS/MA or MBA
• Proficiency in digital and omnichannel marketing
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and their impact on marketing materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients
• Strong familiarity with marketing fundamentals, promotional strategy, and commercial policies
• Previous experience in market research or advertising/communications agencies
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically through complex business problems and offer clear solutions
• Comfort discussing the HIV/HIV Prevention category, including topics related to sex and sexual identity
