Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy to assist customers throughout their health journey
• Collaborate with user research to understand customer pains and opportunities
• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams
• Work with cross-functional teams including clinical, operations, and growth
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and monitor performance
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and write detailed user stories
• Evolve the product roadmap and maintain lean product documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a product management role
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
• Exceptional customer orientation and empathy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
