We build revenue-critical software for home improvement contractors, helping them win more jobs, protect profit margins, and manage homeowner relationships professionally. With 15,000+ paying customers and backing from top investors like Founder’s Fund and 8VC, we are now building personal AI employees for the trades.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Hearth AI product line to $10M ARR by shipping features that address churn and improve monetization
• Partner with leadership and engineering to establish a lightweight, data-rigorous, and customer-centric product shipping process
• Deliver well-scoped, data-informed technical briefs to empower engineering teams
• Own the end-to-end process of turning customer insights and data into shipped products

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B or B2SMB SaaS
• Expert-level SQL and deep fluency in product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Proven track record of taking products from 0-to-1 in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong technical credibility with an understanding of APIs and system architecture
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build efficient processes from scratch
