About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the GTM Systems product roadmap across Sales, CS, and Marketing platforms
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive GTM platform strategy spanning Salesforce, Gong, and Marketo
- Lead quarterly and annual planning processes for GTM Systems product investments
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product direction and actionable requirements
- Partner with engineering and system administrators to manage sprint execution and platform releases
- Define, track, and report on KPIs and platform adoption metrics
- Mentor and support junior product managers on the GTM Systems team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or system development
- 7+ years of experience in GTM systems, business process, or Revenue Operations
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Gong, and Marketo
- Proven experience writing functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories
- Experience with data integration, APIs, and enterprise systems architecture
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Familiarity with conversational marketing platforms like Qualified or Inflection
- Experience with sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo or 6sense
- Background in financial data, analytics, or B2B SaaS environments
