Senior Product Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term product strategy for growth funnels, including acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention.
• Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and set strategic direction to hit business goals quarter over quarter.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship high-impact solutions.
• Design and execute a rigorous experimentation program using A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive roadmap wins.
• Write high-quality product strategy documents and specifications, acting as the lead for execution quality.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to align cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor PMs and analysts to raise the bar for product craft across the Growth organization.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Sigma.
• Direct experience with DTC subscription products and digital consumer growth funnels.
• Proven experience running structured, large-scale experimentation programs.
• Ability to develop coherent product strategies from ambiguous problem spaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
