Senior Product Manager (Growth)

Responsibilities

• Own activation, retention, and monetization for Razorpay's SME merchant base
• Build customer empathy through qualitative and quantitative research
• Devise long-term strategy and quarterly roadmaps
• Conceptualize new solutions using a data-driven, test-and-iterate approach
• Collaborate with Engineering and ecosystem players to build and launch products
• Execute go-to-market plans in conjunction with Product Marketing

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management
• At least 2 years focused on growth or PLG initiatives
• Proficiency in SQL and building dashboards
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Strong command over product analytics and experimentation frameworks
• Experience with unit economics and P&L impact
