Senior Product Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth product strategy aligned with Novo's mission and unit economics.
• Own the full growth funnel, including acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, and retention.
• Design, run, and scale a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation program across landing pages, onboarding, and pricing.
• Leverage AI to accelerate experimentation velocity, content generation, and cohort analysis.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth Marketing to productionalize winning experiments into scalable features.
• Define and own key growth KPIs, ensuring accurate measurement of churn, retention, and cohort health.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of intellectual honesty and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in growth, product, or growth marketing.
• 3-5 years in a senior growth or product leadership role, preferably in fintech or subscription businesses.
• Deep expertise in A/B testing, experimentation tooling, and cohort-based analysis.
• Proven experience using AI to accelerate experimentation, discovery, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to unit economics (LTV, CAC).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Familiarity with modern discovery channels including SEO and AI-driven search (AEO/LLM).
• Advanced degree or a strong analytical/technical background.
