Senior Product Manager, Growth & Monetization

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end DTC shopping experience on nanit.com
• Drive e-commerce performance through funnel optimization, A/B testing, and UX improvements
• Manage the Shopify platform and third-party integrations
• Lead the ecommerce side of new product launches
• Evolve subscription strategy including conversion, pricing, packaging, and plan tiers
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and revenue expansion
• Develop product-led growth initiatives such as referrals, reviews, and community experiences
• Define and track KPIs across the full funnel including conversion rate, AOV, and LTV
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce/DTC or subscription companies
• Experience at a consumer hardware or connected device company preferred
• Deep data fluency and experience with analytics tools
• Experience with Shopify and the modern DTC stack (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Recharge)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent prioritization and communication skills
