About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel including strategy, metrics, acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Identify and build compounding loops such as referrals, word of mouth, and community virality
- Instrument the product to analyze developer conversion and drop-off points
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program using rapid A/B tests and hypothesis testing
- Unlock new growth channels including SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and PLG motions
- Develop growth surfaces for AI agents as first-class users of developer platforms
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management
- 2–3+ years of end-to-end growth ownership with proven metric movement
- Deep growth craft including funnel analysis, cohort modeling, and experimentation design
- Experience with developer-facing or API-first products (Web2 or Web3)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build models quickly
- Ability to align engineering, marketing, and sales teams
