Senior Product Manager - Growth & Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition product strategy across segments, defining funnels for both operators and single-owner acquisition
• Design and run end-to-end growth experiments, from hypothesis to scaling successful results
• Lead customer discovery to translate insights from portfolio operators and first-time hosts into a product roadmap
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market execution and product-side campaign management
• Define and own KPIs, building dashboards and tracking cohort performance for acquisition and activation
• Provide technical perspective on initiatives, including writing specs and evaluating architecture tradeoffs

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in acquisition, growth, or PLG roles
• Proven track record of moving conversion rate, CAC, or activation metrics
• Experience running controlled experiments and making data-driven product decisions
• Technical proficiency with SQL, reading API documentation, and working with engineering specs
• Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, or consumer subscription products
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap
• AI-fluency using tools like Claude or Cursor in professional workflows
• Familiarity with basic CRM, CMS, and no-code tools
