Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for internal tools and workflows that enhance seller productivity and streamline the sales experience
• Partner with engineering, UX design, and internal teams to translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives
• Own and maintain a product roadmap that reflects seller needs, business priorities, and efficiency goals
• Leverage data and feedback from sellers and internal teams to build business cases, validate requirements, and measure impact
• Champion discovery and continuous improvement using research, analytics, and direct seller input to optimize workflows
• Act as a leader and collaborator to foster alignment across teams and guide initiatives that improve the seller experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Background in sales technology, financial technology, or SaaS tools
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to align product vision with organizational goals
• Exceptional communicator and influencer capable of managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Empathetic, customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving user experience
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve problems in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sales Technology, Revenue Operations, or Quote-to-Cash platforms (e.g., Salesforce Revenue Cloud)
• Strong understanding of seller workflows and customer engagement models
• Background in enterprise B2B solutions
