Senior Product Manager – Global Acute Organ Support Therapies

Responsibilities

• Lead global downstream product management for the Oxiris portfolio, focusing on growth strategy, lifecycle management, and revenue expansion.
• Develop and execute global product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and customer education.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (medical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial) to deliver high-impact programs and global product plans.
• Drive market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insight generation to optimize growth plans.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using monday.com to ensure accountability across the portfolio.
• Support operational excellence by standardizing workflows and improving execution processes within the Acute Organ Support Therapies team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or downstream commercial roles.
• Industry experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or critical care markets.
• BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong foundation in product marketing, including the development of promotional programs and sales tools.
• Proven project management skills with experience using monday.com or similar tools.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional, and global environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ICU, sepsis, blood purification, renal, or other acute/organ support therapies.
