Senior Product Manager, Gamified CXs, Lifecycle Experiences

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the 3-year product vision for Gamified Experiences across all emerging locales
• Own the P&L for gamification programs, including advertiser funding models
• Ship milestone-based rewards, missions, and progression systems to improve customer settlement metrics
• Build and maintain the gamification configuration platform to enable self-service challenge creation
• Partner with Applied Science on challenge selection algorithms and reward optimization
• Drive weekly operating cadence with marketing, category advertisers, and BizOps to design and audit challenge constructs
• Establish always-on gamification programs that build long-term customer habits

Requirements

• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery and managing feature tradeoffs
• Experience building and launching Games or Gamified experiences at scale
• Experience as a product manager or owner managing technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and managing senior stakeholders
