Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Build middleware and tools to connect external 3PL warehouses with Quince systems, standardizing inventory signals and SLA monitoring
• Develop a pragmatic WMS for 1P warehouses supporting inbound/outbound workflows, pick/pack/ship, and inventory accuracy
• Model warehouse flows including inbound, storage, replenishment, and outbound constraints
• Define target architecture and roadmap for warehouse integration layers, including APIs, EDI, and event models
• Build a capacity and booking platform for warehouse calendars, appointment scheduling, and labor throughput limits
• Lead execution across Warehouse Ops, Supply Chain, CX, Finance, and Engineering
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for WMS vendors, dock scheduling, and carrier tooling
• Establish controls and monitoring for shipment and inventory systems, including auditability and reconciliation

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of total experience
• 2+ years in product management, ideally building AI agents, human-in-the-loop systems, or internal platform workflows
• Technical fluency with APIs, event-driven systems, and integrations (3PL/WMS/ERP/OMS)
• Strong analytical mindset for defining metrics and diagnosing issues
• Excellent communication skills for executive and engineering audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building operational software for supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management
• Demonstrated understanding of WMS workflows like receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
• Background in high-growth environments with evolving operational scaling needs
• Strong change management instincts
