Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Scale Faire's fulfillment business by building products across brand supply, retailer demand, and unit economics in a high-growth 0→1 environment.
• Build onboarding, sales enablement, and operational tooling to make it easier for brands to fulfill through Faire.
• Drive growth to participating brands by closing discovery, conversion, and cart experience gaps for retailers.
• Improve the fulfillment experience to ensure high delivery success rates and identify new marketplace differentiators.
• Partner with S&A and operations to optimize unit economics, including order batching and 3PL collaboration.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, GTM, finance, and data science to ship end-to-end solutions.

Requirements
