Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for assigned modules in Catapult, driving enhancements in automation, analytics, and marketplace integrations
• Lead the advancement of platform capabilities and internal systems to optimize workflows
• Lead and own agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Use AI-native workflows for discovery, research synthesis, PRD drafting, and data analysis
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI tools like Claude and FigmaMake
• Identify and ship AI-powered capabilities including agentic workflows and LLM-driven insights
• Collaborate with engineers, finance, operations, and leadership to ensure technology meets business objectives
• Communicate strategies and insights effectively to multiple stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, 3PLs, and finance
• Experience leading agile methodologies and backlog management
• Active use of LLMs and AI coding tools in daily workflows
• Hands-on AI prototyping experience (e.g., Claude, FigmaMake)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing complex technical products involving APIs, integrations, and automation
