Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Quick Service Restaurant product portfolio end-to-end, defining strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Identify and develop new features that deliver clear business impact through a customer-oriented approach.
• Champion the product across all internal and external stakeholders, including regional country teams and marketing.
• Lead and implement company-wide go-to-market rollouts and ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to discuss and implement effective technical and UX solutions.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to create hypotheses, test assumptions, and make informed product decisions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure products remain competitive and marketable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Proven experience in conceptualizing B2C and/or B2B product solutions.
• Experience operating in multi-market and multi-region environments.
• Ability to manage complex operational tasks and close the loop on multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the F&B, hospitality, or last-mile delivery tech industries.
