Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver features that improve key workflows for clients or internal operators
• Own product area end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences
• Use data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and identify opportunities
• Develop analytics frameworks to track product health and business outcomes
• Contribute to medium- and long-term product strategy

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in SQL
• Track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains
• Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features for multi-step workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B workflow software
• Experience with supply chain platforms or logistics technology
