Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Flexera platform's content strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market research to validate customer needs and ensure integrations deliver compelling value.
• Develop user stories, define requirements, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess integration performance and inform product decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Flexera content, providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering successful SaaS or cloud-based integrations.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineers.
• Experience with ServiceNow or related ITSM products.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically about business and technical challenges.
