Senior Product Manager, Flex Pay

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for the Flex Pay BNPL vertical to enhance partner satisfaction and customer experience
• Expand and deepen integrations with various merchant partners and intermediaries
• Execute complex initiatives from initial inception through to the ongoing optimization of features and user experiences
• Develop trusted partnerships with Engineering and key third-party partners to inform product planning
• Independently ideate and drive new roadmap items with a high level of creativity and innovation

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on delivering high-quality outcomes and user value
• Expertise in complex third-party APIs, integrations, web analytics, A/B testing, and SQL
• Proven history of successful product delivery in consumer-facing platforms or the fintech space
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts across organizational stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude or Gemini for analysis and prototyping
